Know Your Rights.

Take Action.

Marijuana Advocacy Group Inc. assists individuals with disabilities in understanding and enforcing their rights under federal and state disability law, including Section 504, the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and related civil rights protections.

While our origin story began with workforce access in the cannabis sector, our advocacy now extends to broader disability rights issues including employment discrimination, vocational rehabilitation disputes, workplace safety, and access to public programs.

You do not have to navigate this system alone.

What We Can Help With

• Vocational Rehabilitation disputes, including ACCES VR

• ADA and Section 504 workplace concerns

• Workplace safety and accommodation documentation

• Discrimination related to disability status

• Career pathway barriers in emerging industries

• Understanding your rights before filing complaints

• Organizing documentation for hearings or appeals
